I’m in Mid City, close to the Mid City Yacht Club. I’m a graphic designer, illustrator, and comedian. Looking for a painter, crafter, drag performer, photographer, costumer, designer, illustrator, film prop maker, or really any other lovely creative type that needs a space outside of their home with big windows and high ceilings for big fun projects. 

Since we’d be sharing the space, I’d much rather have you get in touch to ask questions/see if we’d be a good fit than listing out all the details here (my email is hello@laurasanders.fun), but a few things to note right away:

1. Share of the rent would range from $225-$450/month each depending on how many folks are sharing the space. 

2. The space is around 850 sq ft

3. I have a sweet old pup Roscoe (he’s in the video) so if you are averse/allergic to dogs it’s probably not ideal. 

4. It’s a second floor space, and the bathroom is in the other section of the building, which means going down the stairs and up an outside staircase back inside again (quirky! annoying!)
